AGREEMENT

on non-financial partnership cooperation between

THE LABORATORY OF ECOHYDRODYNAMIC PROCESS MODELING of the Institute of Oceanology PAS in Sopot
and
Polish Steamship Company (Polska Żegluga Morska P.P.)

concerning scientific research and R&D activities in the field of:

1. The functioning of the marine ecosystem of the Southern Baltic Sea for Polish marine areas.
2. Determining the structures, dynamics, and spatiotemporal variability of physical and biochemical processes occurring in the marine environment of the Southern Baltic Sea using tools developed within the project based on numerical modeling.

Additionally, the parties agree on the free use of the CSI-POM and CSI-POM2 services (www.csipom.pl).
The CSI-POM system addresses issues occurring in the maritime economy related to the need for a reliable and accurate tool to observe changes taking place in the marine environment.

concerning scientific research and development work in the field of:

1. The functioning of the marine ecosystem of the Southern Baltic Sea for the Polish maritime areas.
2. Defining the structures, dynamics, and spatiotemporal variability of physical and biochemical processes occurring in the marine environment of the Southern Baltic Sea using tools developed within the project based on numerical modeling.

Additionally, the parties to the agreement agree on the free use of the CSI-POM and CSI-POM2 services (www.csipom.pl).
